摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in the cost for providing a conductor layer, enhance adhesion between the conductor layer and a resistor layer, prevent diffusion of an electric current through the conductor layer and enhance printing characteristics, by applying a coating material comprising a specified-ratio mixture of a resin having a melting or softening point not lower than a predetermined value and a conductivity-affording agent to the resistor layer by spray coating to provide the conductor layer in a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION:A resin having a melting or softening point of at least 150 deg.C may be, for example, a polyurethane resin or an acrylic resin. The resin has a film-forming ability and a binding action for binding a conductivity-affording agent, and enhances the adhesion to a resistor layer. The conductivity-affording agent may be, for example, a carbon material such as carbon black and graphite, or a power of a metal such as silver, copper, nickel, aluminum and gold. The resin and the conductivity-affording agent are used in respective relative amounts of 10-60 pts.wt. and 40-90 pts.wt. A mixture of the resin and the conductivity-affording agent is used in the form of a coating material, by diluting with a solvent before spray coating. By the spray coating, a conductor layer is provided in a thickness of 0.1-1mum.
