PURPOSE:To provide the title colored compsn. which neither causes the bleeding and holoing of dyes, nor soils clothing and has excellent visibility, by mixing a colorless inorg. compd. with resin particles colored with a fluorescent dye or pigment. CONSTITUTION:Resin particles having a particle size of 0.5-10mum (e.g., benzoguanamine resin) are colored with a fluorescent dye or pigment (e.g., C.I. Basic Yellow 40) to obtain fluorescent colored resin particles. A colorless inorg. compd. having a particle size of 1-50mum (e.g., slaked lime) is blended with 0.1-10% said colored resin particles and optionally, water or a mixture thereof with a low-boiling org. solvent (e.g., methanol), 0.5-5% additives such as a surfactant, a coagulating agent (e.g., CMC), etc. The mixture is mixed for 20min-2hr and molded into a rod, which is then solidified and dried.
