PURPOSE:To widen an operation margin by composing a Josephson driving circuit of plural Josephson gate circuits and plural inductances and supplying opposite-directional currents to 1st and 2nd bias current lines. CONSTITUTION:The currents flowing through the 1st and 2nd bias current lines 16 and 17 are in a positive and a negative direction respectively (where the direction of flowing to the ground is the positive direction and the direction of flowing from the ground is the negative direction). The bias currents supplied to a 1st Josephson gate circuit 1 and a 3rd Josephson gate circuit 3 are opposite in polarity and the polarity of a current supplied to a circuit to be driven is determined. The bias currents supplied to the 1st and 3rd Josephson gate circuits 1 and 3 are constant or decrease when the other gate circuits switch to a voltage state, so the operation margin is never narrowed down.
