A circuit (8) generates a control signal (is) which uses the information to produce a guiding signal for the missile or projectile (7). Other information based on experience and/or calculation in respect of the missile or projectile flight direction (I1, I2, I3 ... In) towards its target in respect of distance and position between the radar centre of gravity and the tartarget centre of vulnerability (SC) is stored in a memory. With establishment of the flight direction, the circuit generating the guiding signal receives from the memory the information covering the flight direction and other details, using it to alter the missile or projectile course (12) towards the target centre of vulnerability (SC). The target aspect in the flight direction is determinable using an angle between the missile or projectile and target speed vectors, and a second angle between the projection of the missile speed vector on a plane at right-angles to the target rolling axis and a plane characteristic for the target. The second angle is determined using the target acceleration vector and knowledge about the direction of the force of gravity. |
