PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film outstanding in transparency, lubricity and wear resistance, by incorporating a polyester with specified amount of lubricant prepared by containing polyalkylene glycol into pores of specific inert inorganic particles to improve the affinity of said inorganic particles for the polyester. CONSTITUTION:The objective film can be obtained by incorporating (A) a polyester with (B) 0.005-1wt.% of lubricant prepared by containing >=0.01 (pref. 0.05-2) weight ratio of a polyalkylene glycol with a molecular weight 200-200,000 (e.g., polyethylene glycol) into the pores of inert inorganic particles with an average size 0.1-5(pref. 0.3-3)mum and pore volume >=0.05 (pref., >=0.1ml/g) (e.g., silica, zeolite). The amount of said lubricant is calculated as that of said inorganic particles.
