SPECIMEN VESSEL FOR LASER MAGNETIC IMMUNOASSAY AND PREPARATION OF SPECIMEN BY USING SAID SPECIMEN VESSEL

PURPOSE:To attain high detection sensitivity and accuracy by labeling either antigens or antibodies with hyper-fine magnetic material particles and effecting then antigen-antibody reaction with specimens. CONSTITUTION:The specimen vessels are imposed on a table 101 in such a manner that the direction Y of the specimen vessels coincides with the moving direction of a table and a magnet 102 is positioned on wells C of the specimen vessels of a certain row arrayed in a direction X. A motor 107 is driven in succession thereto to move the table 101 so that the magnet 102 moves relatively from the wells C toward wells B. After contents are removed from the respective wells B of said row, the contents of the respective rows B are converted to a liquid phase. The table 101 is thereafter moved in the direction opposite from the previous moving direction to guide the specimens to the wells C. Only the antigen-antibody complexes contg. the specimens and the hyper-fine magnetic material particles are housed into the respective wells C of the plural specimen vessels arranged in the direction X. The high detection sensitivity and accuracy are thus attained.
