PURPOSE:To perform the automatic welding and to eliminate an individual difference and to maintain the welding quality constant by providing a ramp on a carriage to travel on a rail in parallel with a scallop dobber and controlling a torch mount to travel on a circular rail fitted to the ramp and the carriage at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The carriage 8 is provided travelably on the rail 5 provided in parallel with the scallop dobber 3 to be welded on a fin tube panel consisting of a fin 2 and a tube 1 and the circular rail is fitted to the ramp 21 provided liftably on the carriage 8 and the torch mount 24 is fitted freely travelably along g a circular arc by a circular rack 23 of said circular rail. A motor 26 for adjusting a torch angle is fixed on the torch mount 24 and the carriage 8 and the ramp 21 are controlled at the same time and an arc point is traveled along a surface shape of the fin tube panel and at the same time, a torch angle adjustment mechanism is also controlled simultaneously and angles before and behind the torch are maintained at right angles with respect to the fin 2 and the tube 1 surface at all times.
