PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight timepiece which provides streoscopic effect by forming a dial of a soft foamed resin plate with large plate thickness, punching a time display part in the plate thickness direction and forming various holes, and pressing a time display piece movably in the plate thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:The dial 2 formed of the soft foamed resin plate with large plate thickness has the time display part 2a punched in the plate thickness direction to form holes 2c in various shapes for the display part and a hole 2e for a fitting part 2b. Display pieces 5 of the same material and differ in color are pressed in those holes 2c in the plate thickness direction movably, and the display pieces 5 and dial 2 are held with proper frictional force by the elasticity of the dial 2. The timepiece module fitting piece 8 of the same material with the resin plate 2 while fixed in front of the resin plate 4 fixed to its front surface is pressed in the hole 2e through the a timepiece module 6 and the module 6 is fixed to the dial only with the elastic force of the resin plate 4 so that the module can not be seen from the dial 2. Consequently, the lightweight, soft, inexpensive timepiece which provides stereoscopic effect is obtained.
