Compounds of the formula (1) : <CHEM> and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are described, wherein R<1> is C1-6alkyl or C2-6alkenyl, and R<2> is hydrogen or hydroxy. These compounds have vasodilator, bronchodilator and anti-allergic properties. Pharmaceutical compositions are described as are methods of use. Processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula (1) are described. |
