PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a permanent magent roll greatly by forming a fixation part where a cylindrical permanent magnet is fixed by a tubular body and adhering it, and fixing support shafts to both end parts of this cylindrical tubular body. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical permanent magnet 1b is inserted into the tubular body 6, and the cylindrical permanent magnet 1b and tubular body are fixed with an adhesive 3. Then, the surface of the cylindrical permanent magnet 1b is worked to specific size and the faucet joint work of the internal surface of the tubular body 6 at both ends is performed on the basis of said worked surface. Then, solid support shafts 7 and 7a are fixed to the faucet joint parts. Thus, lightweight materials are used for the support shafts 7 and 7a and the fixation part for fixing the support shafts 7 and 7a to the cylindrical permanent magnet 1b uses a lightweight material and is formed of the solid tubular body 6, so the weight of the permanent magnet roll is reduced greatly. Further, the tubular body 6 uses an inexpensive material such as aluminum alloy, so the body is manufactured at low cost. |
