A key (12) for transferring rotating driving force between a driven and driving member. The key (12) has a leg portion (38) and a cross portion (40) wider than and integral with the leg portion (38). The leg portion (38) is positioned in a keyway (14) of a first rotatable member (10) and the cross portion (40) is positioned in a keyway (24) of a second rotable member (8). Rotating force applied to one of the rotating members (8,10) is transferred to the other member through the keyways (14,24) and the leg and cross portions (38,40) of the key (12). |
