A method for measurement of dimensions of micro-objects includes obtaining imprints with device PMT-3 and processing those by means of computer programs that work with images. 5-10 imprints are placed one close to another with measurement of total length of diagonals. Average length of diagonal of one imprint is found as ratio from total length of diagonals to the number of imprints. |
