PURPOSE:To increase cooling effect, by providing a fan with a special inclination at the outside of an externally rotating rotor. CONSTITUTION:A metallic cylinder 2 is buried and planted in the central cavity of a circular substrate 7, made of plastic. Bearings 3a, 3b are inserted into and fixed to the metallic cylinder 2 and a rotary shaft 1 is supported rotatably. An armature 4 is provided with salient poles 4a, 4a-at angular intervals of 90 deg. and armature coils 5a-are mounted on respective salient poles 4a-whereby the electrodes of a stator are constituted. A cup-type soft steel cup 13 is fixed to one end of the rotary shaft 1 and an annular magnet rotor 6 is fixed to the inside of the cup. Radial fans 11a-are molded by plastic molding integrally with a cylinder 13a and are fitted to the outside of the rotor cup 15. A conduction control circuit and a Hall element 10 of the armature colls 5a-are provided on a print substrate 8. According to this method, the amount of airflow may be increased by slanting the fans 11a to the opposite side of a rotating direction Y slightly (angle theta). |
