PURPOSE:To prolong the durable time of an accessible member and to perform efficient welding, by performing composite plating dispersed with the particles of fluorine-contg. compd. on the surface of the welding sputtering accessible member and uniformly subjecting these particles to eutectic dispersion. CONSTITUTION:A composite plating film wherein particles are uniformly subjected to eutectic dispersion is formed by performing plating directly or via a under plating film on the surface of the part exposed to at least welding sputtering of a welding sputtering accessible member while using composite plating liquid dispersed with the particles of fluorine-contg. compd. Further as the fluorine-contg. compd., polytetrafluoroethylene or the like is used and its particle size is regulated to about 0.1-100mu and it is added at about 1-500g/l to plating liquid such as a Watts bath. As the under plating, copper plating or the like is used and its film thickness is preferably regulated to about 0.1-50mu. Thereby the durable time of the accessible member is remarkably prolonged and electric energy loss is reduced and the efficiency of welding operation is enhanced and thereby high welding quality is obtained. |
