PURPOSE:To make the application of lubricant unnecessary, by making the sliding surface of a valve body, of a ceramic porous body, and impregnating grease in the opened pores of the valve body. CONSTITUTION:The valve body is made by forming its original material, a ceramic powder, in a desired formation, and a ceramic porous body is made up by combining pores on the formation without blocking them. Then, by impregnating grease in the opened pores of the ceramic porous body, the valve body is manufactured. The ceramic powder as the material is preferable to have the mean particle diameter less than 10mum, and selected from Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, SiC, TiC, TaC, and the like, or compounds of them. |
