PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the pranks, misuses, misoperations, etc., done by outsiders when an operator leaves an operating part, by using a switch means which permits and inhibits the acceptance of the input signal of a central processing part so that the operation mode is forcibly set at an optimum action state. CONSTITUTION:A switch means M permits and inhibits the acceptance of the input signals received from the operating parts 11, 12 and 13 of a central processing part 14a. The switch means M and another switch means M5 are connected to a signal line 1. The means M5 tarts and stops an automatic operation. The part 14a designates the addresses of both means M and M5 and sets forcibly an automatic or manual operation mode in response to the presence/ absence of the signals returned from those means M and M5. Thus it is possible to prevent the pranks, misuses, misoperations, etc., done by outsiders when an operator leaves an operating part. At the same time, the automatic and manual operations can be selected.
