<p>A method of obtaining rubber powder on the basis of natural or synthetic rubber in a screw-cam desintegrator consists in squeezing the natural or synthetic rubber to a pressure of 0.2 - 0.7 MPa in the screw zone of the desintegrator and in subsequently desintegrating the material by subjecting it simultaneously to a pressure of 0.2 - 50 MPa and to a shear stress of 0.03 - 5 H/mm2 in the cam zone of the desintegrator, the desintegration process being carried out under isothermal conditions with a temperature fluctuation along the cam zone of the desintegrator of (1.05 - 0.95)t, where t - is the temperature in the middle of the cam zone of the desintegrator, equalling 60 - 180°C.</p> |
