<p>The heel for shoes is intended to dampen the vibrations generated when walking on hard ground and which are physiologically detrimental to the human body. The heel is characterized in that the heel-shank (1) is secured to the primary sole of the shoe by fixing means (2) which cooperate with the vibration dispersion plate (3) arranged inside the shoe at the arch of the foot.
