PURPOSE:To simply form a captioned magnet with no eccentricity of an outside coil of a grading magnet by interposing an insulating sheet, which forms a ceramic layer by heating, between a coil on the side of a high magnetic field and a coil on the side of a low magnetic field followed by heating. CONSTITUTION:After forming one layer or an inside coil 10 by winding a composite wire before heat treatment on a spool 9, ceramic paper 14 is wound round this circumference covering many layers. The composite wire before heat treatment is wound thereon to form an outside coil 11 followed by heat treatment for generating Nb3 Sn. After being impregnated with epoxy resin followed by solidifying, its outer circumference is machined to form a strengthening layer 12 on the outermost layer. Thereby, a captioned magnet can be simply formed with no eccentricity of an outer coil 11 of a grading magnet 8. |
