PURPOSE:To enable automatic and quantitative casting of viscous resin a vacuum, by a method wherein the viscous resin is made quantitative by casting the viscous resin into a measuring tank until the same overflows the measuring tank after mixing and defoaming and the same is supplied. CONSTITUTION:A cast material 2 and measuring tank 8 are held respectively a vacuum casting tank 1 and measuring chamber 7 and the vacuum casting tank 1 and measuring chamber 7 are made vacuous by a vacuum pump 6 through vacuum valves 3, 4. A resin valve 14 is opened, viscous resin the inside of a mixing and defoaming tank 15 is cast into the measuring tank 8, the overflown viscous resin flows into a storage tank 10, which is detected by a level gauge 11, and the resin valve 14 is closed. When the vacuum valves 3, 4 are closed and vacuum breaker 5 is opened, a pressure difference is generated between the measuring chamber 7 and vacuum casting tank 1 and the viscous resin flows down to the cast material 2. Air flows into the vacuum casting tank 1 and blows off the viscous resin in the inside of a conduit 13. Although it depends on the size of the measuring tank 8 to decide a casting quantity of the viscous resin, a supply quantity can be changed by inserting a weight of fixed capacity into the measuring tank 8.
