PURPOSE:To improve the delivery of carried parts by detecting their directional position and correcting their direction, swivelling them with the use of racks and pinions based on this detection. CONSTITUTION:A number of metallic cap half pieces are housed in a hopper 1 and the metallic cap half pieces is supplied on a carrier conveyer 3 through a shoot 2 one by one. The carrier conveyer 3 sends the metallic cap half piece and moves it to receiving position P1, where a direction detector 6 is provided. The metallic cap half piece whose direction was detected by this direction detector 6 is corrected in the specified direction with racks and pinions and is moved to the receiving position P2 in the turntable of an assembly unit by carrier equipment 4. |
