PURPOSE:To transfer an arbitrary pattern with high accuracy and with high efficiency by placing an easily peelable film on which a heat resisting brazing filler material pattern is formed, on a member to be brazed, peeling off the film by thermal pressure, and transferring the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A heat resisting brazing filler material pattern is formed on an easily peelable film (polyethylene terephthalate, etc.) by a screen printing method, by using heat resisting brazing filler material paste kneaded with about 75-95wt.% heat resisting brazing filler material (Ni brazing filler material, etc., regulated by JISBNi 1-7, and its grain size is <=about 63mum) and about 25-5wt.% a resin binder (acryl, etc.). In this regard, the thickness of the pattern, and its width are set to about 50-100mum, and >=0.5mm, respectively. Subsequently, this heat resisting brazing filler material transfer film is placed so that its pattern is brought into contact with the prescribed part of a member to be brazed, brought to thermal pressure at about 100-200 deg.C, and by about 1-10kgf/cm<2>, thereafter, the easily peelable film is peeled off. In such a way, the heat resisting brazing filler material pattern is installed with high accuracy and with high efficiency to the prescribed part of the member to be brazed.
