PURPOSE:To automate a device by a method that in a title device of an incinerator for large-sized waste tires, round tires are supported in stacking on a support frame for stacking and the tires of the upper rows are supported and a tire is taken out on a carrying conveyor by reciprocating a slide plate for taking out the tire on the lowest row. CONSTITUTION:A support frame 3 is lowered by a elevating means not shown in the drawing and the lower ends of vertical rods are inserted into the holes on a support receiver 5. The elevating means not shown in the drawing is separated from the frame 3 and moved up to form a space between the means and the frame. Tires 13 are inserted and stacked on to the frame 3; the tire 13 on the lowest row is supported by the lower reciprocating slide plate 6 for taking out the tire; and the tire 13 on the second row from the bottom is supported by the upper slide plate 6 for support. The frame 3 is pulled up and the rods 3' are drawn up from the tire on the lowest row and the plate 6 is moved backward to deliver the tire on the lowest row on a conveyor 4. By the operation of the plates 6, 6 the tires are lower one by one row, and thus, a device can be automated.
