The invention relates to a device which can serve as an advertising medium and secondly as a luggage container placed on the roof of a vehicle. It consists of a support 1 made of transparent material into which is inserted a drawer 9 equipped with a poster 11 covering the surface of the drawer 9. The device according to the invention may be weighted which allows the opening of the drawer to be controlled.
