PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify connecting work of an electric conductor cooling pipe, and to enhance reliability thereof by a method wherein the joining wire of a connecting conductor and oil conductors are slanted with respect to the width direction of the conductors, the edge part on one side of the cooling pipe is expanded, and the unexpanded cooling pipe on another side is connected to the part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The junction parts of coil conductors 1, 2 and a connecting conductor piece 3 are completely butt welded in the condition slanted at the angle theta in relation to the width direction of the conductor. After the coil conductor and the connecting piece are weldingly joined, a connecting cooling pipe 9 consisting of a short elemental pipe having the bore diameter of the same with cooling pipes buried in the coil conductors 1, 2, and formed with parts 9a having the bore diameter at both the edges expanded merely larger than the external diameter in the elemental pipe condition is inserted to any edge part of the cooling pipe 4 or the cooling pipe 5. After then, the connecting cooling pipe 9 is transferred to the cooling pipe side on the opposite side, and is made as to be extended over the cooling pipe 4 and the cooling pipe 5. Finally, the respective connecting parts of the cooling pipes 4, 5 and connecting cooling pipe 9 are joined firmly by brazing. |
