PURPOSE:To avoid the malfunctions of an in-circuit emulation device which are caused by the power supply application noises of an emulator or a target, by actuating the emulation device only when an emulation start command signal is received. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processing part 5 in the emulator 1 decides whether an auxiliary processor 10 can be started or not. If so, a permission signal 13 for a buffer 8 is outputted from a control input/output signal interface part 7. Thus both occupation request and permission signals for the target 9 can be inputted/outputted to/from a microprocessor mu-CPU4. Under such conditions, the gates of an address input/output interface part 2 and a data input/output interface part 3 are opened by a start command signal 15 given from the mu-CPU4. As a result, both address and data input/output signals can be inputted/outputted to/from target 9. Then the emulation is carried out. |
