PURPOSE:To obtain the titled article, containing a specific spiroxazine compound, matrix resin and aromatic and/or heterocyclic ring carbonyl compound, having excellent colorability, erasability, durability, heat as well as fatigue resistance and useful as optical articles, window glass, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed article, containing (A) a spiroxazine compound expressed by the formula [X is C-R9 (R9 is H, 1-8C alkyl, etc.) or N; R1 is 1-6C alkyl or 7-20C aralkyl; R2-R8 are H, 1-5C alkyl, etc.], (B) a matrix resin consisting of a plastic substance and (C) an aromatic and/or heterocyclic ring carbonyl compound having 40-68kcal/mol. triplet energy and having photochromism. |
