PURPOSE:To enable performing caulking of magnetic pole plates at desired places by providing a caulking relief hole along outer peripheral ends of circular magnetic pole plates. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped part opened on the right-hand side 18 is constituted along outer peripheral ends of discoidal magnetic pole plates 6, 8 assembled in parallel. A caulking relief hole 20 is provided at the opening of said U-shaped part opened on the right-hand side 18. Therefore, if a caulking knife 22 is moved in the direction of the arrow and pressed and inserted into the caulking relief hole 20, ends of cylindrical magnetic pole plates 2, 4 are pressed in the caulking relief hole 20 so that said cylindrical pole plates 2, 4 and the magnetic pole plates 6, 8 are easily assembled by caulking. Said caulking can be performed at arbitrary places on the outer peripheries of magnetic pole plates.
