Provided is an adhesive sheet which has excellent flexibility, while exhibiting high peel strength with respect to an object to be bonded having low polarity. The present invention provides an adhesive sheet which comprises an adhesive layer (A) that constitutes an adhesive surface and a viscoelastic material layer (B) that supports the adhesive layer (A). In this adhesive sheet, the viscoelastic material layer (B) contains hollow particles or air bubbles. The adhesive layer (A) contains an acrylic polymer (a) as a base polymer. The copolymerization ratio of an acidic group-containing monomer in the acrylic polymer (a) is 5% by weight or less.
