PURPOSE:To aim at an arrangement shift for takeup drums from the standpoint of conveyance without entailing no twist or slack in a filament body, by shifting one side of two series takeup drums taking up the filament body continuously in a radial direction, while changing their arrangement into parallel with the other side shifted to a spot where the former evacuates. CONSTITUTION:First, a bogie 2 is shifted in the radial direction of a takeup drum 10. In this case, a distance between each of takeup drums 10 and 11 comes longer with movement of the bogie 2 but the takeup drum 10 mounted on the bogies 2 rotates with the rotation of a wheel 12 and therefore plays out a filament body 21 in consequence so that excessive tension is in no case imposed on the filament body 21. And, after the bogie 2 is moved forward till it hits a stopper 8, another bogies 3 is moved in an axial direction of the takeup drum 11 mounted, and stopped after being hit to a stopper 9. Doing the abovementioned, these takeup drums 10 and 11 being arranged in parallel insert their shafts into each center hole and loaded onto a truck and a trailer or the like by means of a crane and so on for transport. |
