PURPOSE:To prevent the peak value of the input voltage of an amplifier circuit from being increased than a value at the time of performing an oscillation operation after quenching, by performing the quenching by electrical disconnection between a feedback circuit and the output part of the amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal S is set at an H level, the oscillation operation is performed by energizing a transfer gate 6. When the control signal S is set at an L level, the transfer gate 6 is de-energized, and a resistor 5 and a resonance circuit 5 are disconnected from the output part 3 of a NAND gate 1. Therefore, no resonator 2 can keep oscillation, then, starts attenuating motion. Electric charge accumulated in resonance capacitors C1 and C2 are discharged according to leak resistance and the time constants of the C1 and C2, and the input voltage of the NAND gate 1 performs the attenuating motion centering nearly the level of an operating point before the quenching.
