PURPOSE:To prevent the back flow of a compressed gaseous body from a compression chamber into an oil sump by providing an oil feeding passage having a throttle passage which connects said oil sump, etc., of a discharge chamber on the upper course to a compression chamber, etc., which is not connected to said discharge chamber on the lower course, and providing a check valve device on said oil feeding passage. CONSTITUTION:As a driving shaft 8 is rotated by means of a motor 7, a revolving scroll 10 is rotated to make a refrigerant gas flow from a suction pipe 22 into a driving chamber 6. And, the refrigerant gas is transferred from a second compression chamber in between revolving and fixed scrolls 10, 13 into a first compression chamber 39, etc., and, then, discharged into a discharge chamber 5. In this case, when the pressure in the discharge chamber 5 becomes higher than the pressure in the first compression chamber 39, a lubricating oil in a discharge-chamber oil sump 18 is fed to the first compression chamber 39 against the reed valve of a check valve device 17 and via a first oil feeding passage with its pressure being gradually reduced. The lubricating in is also fed to an upper bearing hole 48 via the punched holes of a third oil feeding passage which is branched midway from the first oil feeding passage, and oil ports 46, 47 with its pressure being gradually reduced and regulated to an intermediate pressure.
