摘要 PURPOSE:To enable long-term preservation of tangle keeping the taste of fresh tangle, by passing a piece of tangle between a pair of hot rollers rotating at a low speed to effect crushing with the rolls simultaneous to the adhesion and drying on the rolls and pulverizing the dried product. CONSTITUTION:Tangle cut to proper size is passed through a gap between a pair of rollers rotating at a low speed, placed opposite to each other with a gap of <=0.5mm and the heated at a surface temperature of 100-200 deg.C. The tangle is crushed with the rollers and, at the same time, dried in the state adhering to the roller to obtain a flaky product. The flakes are pulverized with a crusher.
