<p>PURPOSE:To realize the detection of the tape end in the reproduction, record, fast feeding and rewind modes respectively by detecting the revolution of a reel holder according to the presence or absence of the energizing force acting on a revolution detecting member. CONSTITUTION:When the energizing force of a revolution detecting member 94 disappears with stop of the action of a reel holder 80, the rubbing part of an oscillation member 96 is kept at a position distant from an eccentric cam 118 of a cam disk 114 and has a contact with a hook bar of the disk 114. The disk 114 receives the reaction from the rubbing part and oscillates a release member 126. Thus a drive route reaching a reel drive disk 62 from the disk 114 is cut off by the oscillation of the member 126. At the same time, a pressing part 130 of the member 126 presses a lock member 26 to move it and releases the hook of the operating members 16-21. Thus a tape driver does not start regardless of the right or left revolution of the holder 80 as long as the member 94 has the energizing force after revolutions of the holder 80. The revolution of the holder 80 is stopped at the tape ejection end and then starts again when the member 94 has no energizing force. Thus an auto-stop mechanism for tape driver can be applied not only to the reproduction and record modes but to the rewind and fast feeding modes.</p> |
