PURPOSE:To process the bill of an enterprise-banking organization in an on-line by processing the bill based on the contents of a magnetic memory. CONSTITUTION:A bill card payment system is provided with a center having a current deposit account file, a bill processor 2 connected to the center by a line and a bill card consisting of a magnetic card issued from the bill processor and a code for identifying a payer, a code for identifying a receiver, an amount of payment and the due data are written in the bill card 4 by the bill processor 2. This datais transmitted to the center 1 and stored in a key data file as key data. The data of the bill card received by the receiver is read by the bill processor 2 of the company or the banking system is transmitted to the center 1. In the center 1, this data is collated to the data stored in the key code file, when they coincide, this data is considered to be effective and received. On the due data of the bill, a payment is executed between the respective current deposite accounts in the on-line to perform the payment of the bill. |
