PURPOSE:To obtain the titled densely packed body outstanding in form retentivity, fluidity, etc., by adding an inorganic acid as the coagulant to a polymer latex to produce coagulated particles of specific size followed by warm water immersion, drying and sintering for said particles. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic acid or its aqueous solution as the coagulant is added to a polymer latex at temperatures lower than the softening point of said latex to intersperse the coagulant among said latex, and the latex particles are coagulated and stacked with said coagulant centered to grow coagulated particles to make particles of a size 1-9mm regularly packed with the polymer latex particles. Said coagulated particles are separated and immersed in an aqueous alkali solution of a pH8-12 [e.g., of Ca(OH)2] followed by drying at temperatures lower than the softening point of the polymer latex particles, the coagulated particles thus dried being melted by heating to temperatures higher than the above-mentioned softening point, thus obtaining the objective body with the polymer latex particles densely and uniformly packed within the coagulated particles.
