PURPOSE:To unify the compressive force by relatively rotating outside and inside spiral components and conveying a fluid from one side of the bore of the outside spiral component to the other side. CONSTITUTION:A compressor section 13 is constituted of a lengthy outside spiral component 17 and an inside spiral component 18, and a spiral bore 19 is provided on the outside spiral component 17. At each position of the bore 19, the cross section shape of each end section on the long diameter side of its cross section is a true circle, and the cross section shape of both end sections on the rectangle side is a straight line tangent to true circles at both ends. When a motor section 12 is energized, the outside spiral component 17 is rotated together with a rotor 16, the rotation of the inside spiral component 18 is blocked, but it is revolved. Accordingly, a fluid is conveyed between peripheries of the bore 19 and the inside spiral component 18, and the torque fluctuation can be reduced.
