PURPOSE:To secure the stable durability and the preservation of magnetic characteristic by providing organic substance fine particles to either surface of a jacket or a liner in contact with a magnetic disk so as to remove the dust on the surface of the magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:The organic substance fine particles are provided to either face of a jacket or a linear arranged between the jacket and a disk storage medium in contact with the disk storage medium. Since the organic fine particles are brought into contact with the magnetic disk in the state of minute projection, the dynamic friction coefficient of the face of the magnetic disk in contact with the surface during rotation is decreased. Moreover, the particles act also like a reserver of a lubricant and always adjust the lubricant of the surface of disk to a desired quantity. Furthermore, the organic fine particles act like adsorbing and removing the dust existing on the surface of disk due to the mixture or destruction of the storage device.
