PURPOSE:To improve the anti-corrosion against water, an organic acid, an inorganic acid, an aromatic hydrocarbon, a chlorinated hydrocarbon, the aqueous solution of a resin acid, etc., the aqueous solution which contains alcohol or a halogen, etc., by coating the surface of a permanent magnet such as a sintered magnet, a resin magnet, etc. with a polyvinylidene fluoride resin film. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 1 is inserted in a box like formation 21 obtained by pressing a polyvinylidene fluoride resin sheet with a metal mold, a cover material 22 of the polyvinylidene fluoride resin sheet is put and the magnet 1 is sealed tightly by fusing S the formation 21 and the cover material 22 by heating locally. This provides superior stable anti-corrosion to a conventional product against chemicals such as an organic acid, an inorganic acid, a salt, an aromatic hydrocarbon, a chlorinated hydrocarbon, alcohol, a halogen aqueous solution, etc., having the same magnetic characteristics to the conventional product and enables applying a permanent magnet for the use requiring a chemical resistance.
