PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated film suitable for coating a metal surface by co-extruding three layers of specific modified polyolefin, specific unmodified polyolefin and specific thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A three-layer laminated sheet is formed by modified high- pressure processed polyethylene which is graft modified with maleic anhydride, lineal low-density polyethylene (unmodified polyolefin of 0.05-2 g/10 minutes of melt index, 40 or more of fluid ratio and 1.5 g or more of melt tension at 200 deg.C and 0.8 g or more at 250 deg.C) and 6-nylon (thermoplastic resin having a small adhesion force to above-said lineal low-density polyethylene and having 100 deg.C or high of heat deformation temperature) by the process of extrusion in the die basing on the T-die extrusion method. After said sheet is so placed on a steel plate coated with thermal curing-type epoxy resin primer as to being the surface of modified high pressure polyothylene into contact therewith, the same is heated and pressurized to form a laminated body. |
