PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tasty sauce, containing a pumpkin paste, paste of heat-treated flavorous vegetable and milks in a specific proportion without browning even when canned, etc., preserved for a long period and used by pouring on spaghetti or bean curd. CONSTITUTION:The aimed sauce obtained by containing (A) 25-70wt% pumpkin paste, (B) 1-25wt% paste of heat-treated flavorous vegetable, e.g. celery, garlic, onion, etc., and (C) 1-3wt% milks, e.g. butter, powdered milk, cow's milk, etc. |
