PURPOSE:To stabilize the brazing at a face contact part by performing a brazing by providing a gap with a specific width between the faces to be joined each other of a laminating brazing sheet in the case of laminating an aluminum brazing sheet. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger is made by forming the aluminum brazing sheet cladding an Al-Si-Mg alloy as a brazing filler metal at both sides of an Al or Al alloy core metal and brazing it by combining with a corrugated fin by its lamination. At this time an air exit 1 is provided at the center part of the brazing sheet and the cup 4 with a rib projecting the rib 3 in about 1mm width and about 1-3mm length (a) at about 0.025-0.1mm height at the intervals of about 10mm along the inner edge of a flange 2 is press-formed. What is combining the rib 3 projecting to the respective flange 2 face so that a space may be formed at the inner side of the two cups 4 by abutting it each other is piled up in three steps, pressed by a jig from up and down and integrated with vacuum brazing by forming a gap in 0.05-0.2mm between the upper and lower flanges of each step. |
