PURPOSE:To enhance permeability of O2, by depositing a mixed sintering body contg. both a mixed electron-O<2-> ion electrical conductor consisting of a specified molecular formula and an intergranular depositing agent consisting of a specified molecular formula to the outside of a porous support and constituting an O2 permeating member. CONSTITUTION:An O2 permeating membrane is formed by providing an O2 permeating membrane 2 to the outside of a porous ceramic pipe 1 and a closed space is formed by providing impermeable ceramic supports 4 to both ends thereof and a pump 3 is provided to one side and the closed space is reduced. The O2 permeating member is formed by thermally spraying a sintered body in which both a mixed electron-O<2-> ion electrical conductor consisting of a molecular formula (Me shows one element selected from among Fe, Mn, Cr and V; 0<=x<=1, delta<=0.5) shown in a formula I like i.e. Sr0.65La0.35Co0.7Fe0.3O3-delta and an intergranular depositing agent consisting of a molecular formula SrMe'O3 (Me' shows one element selected from among Ti, Zr and Hf) like i.e. SrTiO3 are mixed on a ceramic plate.
