PURPOSE:To obtain the titled masterbatch, having improved dispersibility of an antistatic agent, homogeneously dispersible even in a high concentration and useful as a plastic molding material, by containing ethylenebisstearamide and an antistatic agent together in a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed masterbatch obtained by blending (B) an antistatic agent and (C) ethylenebisstearamide together in (A) a thermoplastic resin. A quaternary alkylammonium salt and polyoxyethylene alkylamine are preferably used in the component (B) and the amount of the component (C) is preferably 10-50wt.% based on the total amount thereof and the component (B). The total amount of the components (B) and (C) is preferably >=2wt.% based on the total masterbatch. Furthermore, the component (A) is preferably styrene resin.
