PURPOSE:To prevent the influence exerted on a communication control part which is not contained directly in a line corresponding control part in which a fault has been generated, by corresponding dualized communication control parts by a communication control part-line corresponding control part interface. CONSTITUTION:In order to raise the capacity of a line terminal module 1, a set is dualized such as a communication control part 1 and line corresponding control parts 310-313, and a communication control part 22 and line corresponding control parts 320-323. A line switch 5 for executing the alternative is provided on the line interface side, and a cross call function is provided between system bus interface parts 41, 42 and the control parts 21, 22. For instance, when a fault is generated in the control part 310, the latest subscriber information is transferred to the other control part 22 through a communication control part connecting line 10. When a fault of the line corresponding control part of an on-line system exceeds a prescribed number, the interface part 41 is switched to the control part 22.
