PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image intrinsic to a wet process developer by incorporating a multifunctional monomer and material which copolymerizes therewith by UV irradiation into the developer. CONSTITUTION:This developer contains the multifunctional monomer and the material which polymerizes therewith by UV irradiation. Copies having excellent fixability, solvent resistance and image sharpness are obtd. if the material which is polymerized by UV irradiation is used as a binder component of the developer. Since the fixing speed is high, a copying speed increased. The fixing is thereby ended instantaneously and, therefore, the fixing speed is high; in addition, harmful vapors and smells are hardly generated. Since a nonimage part is not overheated at the time of fixing, plastic films, etc., in addition to paper are usable as an image supporting member. |
