PURPOSE:To automatically obtain a wiring route for connecting in a desired route length between connecting terminals by providing roundabout point group setting means, target point-roundabout point group route extracting means, starting point- roundabout point route searching means and route combining means. CONSTITUTION:A starting point, lattice coordinates of a starting point and a target route length L are input from information input means 1 to be set to wiring information memory means 12, a distance (n) from the target point to the roundabout point group is initialized to 0, the roundabout point group of the distance (n) from the target point is set by roundabout point group setting means 2, and whether the roundabout point group is presented or not is judged. If there is the roundabout point group, the shortest route is extracted by route extracting means 3 at each roundabout point, and stored in extracting route memory means 22. Then, the shortest route is searched at each roundabout point by starting point-roundabout point group route searching means 5, whether there is the shortest route equal to the difference of the object route length L and the distance (n) is not is judged by route length discriminating means. If there is the route, it is integrated by route combining means to obtain the wiring route of the object route length L.
