PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to feed electricity to a circuit board for a long period and to shorten an adjustment and inspection time by raising the temperature of electronic components arranged on the circuit board to a prescribed preset temperature and then performing adjustment and inspection. CONSTITUTION:The circuit board 3 conveyed along conveyance rails 7 is put in a thermostatic chamber 9 by an air cylinder 8 and left as it is for a prescribed time before being carried to an adjustment and inspection position. Consequently, the electronic components arranged on the circuit board 3 are raised in temperature to the prescribed temperature. Then the circuit board 3 is conveyed to the top surface of a fixture part 2 and an adjusting driver part 5 is moved down to bring a contact pin 4 implanted in the fixture part 2 into contact with the pattern surface of the circuit board 3. Then measurement is taken under the control of a microcomputer in a housing part 1 and the adjusting driver of the adjusting driver part 5 is rotated according to the measurement result to adjust respective parts of the circuit board 3.
