PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of rainy water and dusts during rotating and stoppage of a rotor by providing a space between walls increased at the distance between the walls in which a capillary phenomenon does not occur at part of a small gap bent passage. CONSTITUTION:A bore 14 of a rotor 6a is engaged with a shaft 4. A swinging fin 8a for scattering rainy water or the like is provided on the outer periphery of the end. A plurality of fins 8a are provided so that grooves 15 opened in recess shape outside at the prescribed angular pitch are formed on the outer periphery in the perpendicular direction by considering the scattering efficiency. The back of the bottom side 15a of the grooves 15 is formed on part of the stator 2 and the small gap bent passage 5. The distance G between the both walls for forming part of the small gap vent passage 5 is formed on the back of the bottom side 15a to be approx. 3mm. or larger for causing no capillary phenomenon. |
