PURPOSE:To equally raise positive and negative outputs by detecting the unbalance between rise and fall of the positive and the negative of a constant voltage power source at the middle point between first and second resistors, and using a third resistance according to the unbalance state as a load. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of a positive constant voltage circuit 3 and a negative constant voltage circuit 4 are connected in series by resistors 7 and 8, and the middle point is connected to the base of a transistor TR 9, and the emitter is connected to the earth, and the collector is connected to a negative constant voltage circuit output 6 through the third resistance 10. A ratio of resistance value of the resistor 7 to the resistor 8 is set by positive and negative voltage values of stabilized outputs so that the middle point is 0V. If the rise of the negative output is earlier at the time of power-on, the voltage of the middle point is negative. If this voltage value exceeds VBE of the TR 9, the TR 9 is turned on. Therefore, the resistor 10 is connected as a load to the negative stabilized output, and the rise of the negative stabilized output is delayed, and the rise is accelerated contrarily at the time of power-off.
